Brandon Boehm brings more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits program consulting to Empower. Before founding his own company, Brandon worked at Memorial Hospital’s TPA HealthNet, Madison Benefits Group, and Chapman Schewe.

The vision of solid money management combined with impeccable service to employees brought about the creation of Empower. Brandon has helped implement benefits programs for small start-ups all the way to large publicly traded companies. Brandon’s well-rounded background allows him to negotiate medical/RX stop loss contracts, prescription benefit program contracts, design plans, and benefit programs, along with creating the Personal Benefits Department (PBD) for your employees to receive direct help immediately. Most recently, Brandon has been recognized as a preferred broker for several top insurers.

A native Houstonian, Brandon graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor of arts in psychology. Brandon is married to Carey and has a son, Luke, and a daughter, Lily, and three stepchildren, Makenzie, Bailey, and Sawyer.
