Tammy Brisco brings more than 20 years of industry experience and knowledge to Empower. Prior to joining our firm, she worked as an account manager for national consulting and brokerage firms.

As a client service director, her main focus is to provide superior customer service to the clients and their employees and dependents. She provides custom employee benefit packages, claims resolution, Q&A sessions for employees and their dependents, online training, and compliance reminders. By providing clients with tailored services, Tammy is able to increase the retention of our groups.

Tammy graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Houston. She also has a certification for international marketing management. She is currently studying for Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
